Biography
Robert E. Petrowsky is an associate in the Estate Planning and Transactional Practice Groups of Carnahan Evans PC. He concentrates his practice on tax, estate planning, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Petrowsky earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2017 and earned a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. He then earned an Executive LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021.
Prior to joining Carnahan Evans, Mr. Petrowsky practiced in mergers and acquisitions at a boutique law firm in Denver, Colorado, where he gained extensive experience with complex business transactions. Mr. Petrowsky has helped clients sell both small companies and multi-million dollar businesses.
