Biography
Clayton D. Campbell is a trusted advisor who partners with clients to develop and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies tailored to their financial and familial circumstances. His practice is focused on helping individuals and families achieve optimal outcomes through thoughtful, practical counsel.
Clayton advises clients on estate planning and wealth transfer matters, including the drafting of simple and complex trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. He is also experienced in estate and trust administration, drawing on his prior work as a trust officer at a large regional bank.
Additionally, Clayton works with clients on a variety of business matters, including asset and equity sales, real estate transactions and leases, and due diligence. He has also assisted clients with forming and maintaining tax-exempt organizations.
In addition to practicing law, Clayton spent several years in public service, first on the staff of a United States Senator from Missouri and later as Deputy State Treasurer for the State of Missouri, where he oversaw all operations of the Missouri State Treasurer’s Office.
Outside the office, Clayton enjoys spending time with his three children, is an avid reader, and enjoys nearly any opportunity to be outdoors.
