Legal Secretary / Assistant

Full-time experienced Legal Secretary / Assistant wanted for busy attorneys at the law firm of Carnahan Evans PC. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable in a fast paced, professional environment. We are looking for smart, self-motivated, long-term employees with a proven eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word, have experience with dictation and be able to multitask. Experience with ProLaw Legal software a plus.

Paralegal

Full-time Paralegal with Trust Administration, Estate Planning and/or Probate experience wanted for busy attorneys at the law firm of Carnahan Evans PC. Successful candidates will be well versed in estate planning document preparation, deed preparation, as well as communicating effectively with team members and clients. We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, long-term employee with a proven eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, a passion for client service as well as good writing and editing skills. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word and experience with ProLaw Legal software a plus.
