Douglas D. Lee is a shareholder in the Estate Planning Practice Group of Carnahan Evans PC, concentrating his practice in the areas of Estate and Special Needs Planning, Guardianships, Trust and Probate Administration, and Probate and Trust Litigation.
Mr. Lee is the co-author of “Trust Contests” (Missouri Bar Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Custodianships and Nonprobate Matters Deskbook, 1998, 2001 Supplement). He is also the author of “McDermott v. AmClyde: Arkansas” Wake-Up Call in Accounting for Settlements in Multi-Defendant Litigation?” (Arkansas Law Review, 48:4).
