Biography
John E. Price was a shareholder in the Litigation/Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Carnahan Evans PC. He concentrated his practice in the areas of environmental law, civil and business litigation, corporate and real estate law, and appellate practice.
Mr. Price had significant experience in environmental law over the last 40 years. He handled litigation with government agencies and private parties under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Superfund, and toxic torts. He regularly advised business clients on environmental regulation, permitting issues, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Price also had many years of experience with large and complex real estate and business transactions and commercial litigation involving leases, contracts, and insurance disputes. He argued over 100 appeals in federal and state appellate courts.
