Julie Brown is a shareholder in the Transactional Practice Group of Carnahan Evans PC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of banking, corporation and business planning.

Ms. Brown was a Member, Order of the Bench and Robe as well as a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporations and Taxation.

Ms. Brown has been recognized by the Springfield Business Journal with their “40 Under 40” award, for her outstanding contribution to the community and her profession.
