Experienced Paralegal

The Law firm of Carnahan Evans PC is seeking an Experienced Paralegal with Probate, Trust Administration and/or Estate Planning experience. Successful candidates will have superior oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with clients, financial institutions, and others professionally. Must be self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. This position will be responsible for estate planning document preparation, handling of probate and trust administration matters from beginning to end, to include the preparation and filing of necessary court documents, management of court filings, preparation of correspondence to parties, asset gathering, fiduciary accountings, and meeting deadlines.
