Attorney Jay Preston named Shareholder at Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C.
Springfield, Mo. — Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jay Preston was named a Shareholder.
Mr. Preston is a member of CECB’s Litigation/Dispute Resolution, Transactional, and Medical Marijuana & Hemp practices groups. As a graduate of the University of Missouri’s joint M.B.A./J.D. program, Mr. Preston utilizes his business and legal knowledge to represent clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. He represents clients in civil litigation in both federal and state court focusing on business and real estate matters. Mr. Preston also assists clients in avoiding litigation through proper drafting of contracts/agreements, and counseling on how to deal with precarious situations. Mr. Preston is a native of Springfield, Missouri, an eagle scout, and a graduate of Leadership Springfield and the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy.
