Attorney Jennifer K. Huckfeldt Accepted as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”)
Springfield, MO. – Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. (“CECB”) is pleased to announce that Jennifer K. Huckfeldt was recently accepted as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”).
The College is an organization of approximately 2,600 trust and estate lawyers and law professors who have been elected by their peers in recognition of having made outstanding contributions to the practice of estate and trust law. The College brings together the top lawyers in the profession to maintain a high quality of trust and estate legal services through mutual education; to create and foster networking among those lawyers based on the highest order of trust and confidence; and to contribute to the improvement of the areas of law in which trust and estate lawyers practice.
Ms. Huckfeldt is a Shareholder of CECB and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate, gift and income taxation.
Ms. Huckfeldt received her undergraduate degree from William Jewell College in 1988, her law degree in 1991 from the University of Missouri – Columbia and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1992.
