For more than 40 years, Leadership Springfield’s Signature Class has served as the organization’s flagship leadership development program, equipping local leaders with in-depth leadership development and community engagement opportunities. Participants take part in a robust curriculum that includes extensive personal and professional development through monthly, day-long explorations of major industries and key areas of the community. The program also incorporates the Community Focus Project and strengths-based leadership training, providing participants with valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the Springfield region.

Brett’s selection reflects his commitment to professional excellence, community engagement, and servant leadership—qualities that align with the values of Carnahan Evans.
