C. Bradford Cantwell of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. elected President of the Greene County Estate Planning Council
Springfield, Mo. — The law firm of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. (“CECB”) is pleased to announce that Brad Cantwell has been elected President of the Greene County Estate Planning Council for the 2010/2011 term.
Brad is a Shareholder in the Transactional Practice Group of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employee benefits, taxation, and corporate law. Brad has over 20 years of experience in the area of employee benefits, including nonqualified plans, ESOPs, pension and 401(k) profit sharing plans, cafeteria plans, HIPAA and trouble-shooting complex ERISA issues.
He has devoted time to civic and charitable organizations, recently serving as president of the Developmental Center of the Ozarks.
Brad received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1978 and 1981, respectively. In 1984, he received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan and American (Member, Taxation Section and Employee Benefits Committee) Bar Associations, the Missouri Bar (Member, Taxation Committee and Employee Benefits Committee – Past Chair), and the Florida Bar. He has been awarded an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
