We are pleased to announce that Richard T. Ashe has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Ric, a Missouri native, joins the firm after practicing for five years at a respected Portland, Oregon firm. Ric concentrates his practice on a wide variety of business litigation matters, including the resolution of disputes occurring in all stages of the manufacture, distribution and sale of goods, shareholder disputes, non-competition agreements and trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, construction contracts and other real estate matters, as well as general business matters.
