Attorney Andrew K. Bennett Elected as a Commissioner on the Thirty-first Circuit Judicial Commission
Springfield, MO – Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. congratulates Andy Bennett on his recent election, by his peers, as a Commissioner on the Thirty-first Circuit Judicial Commission.
The Greene County Non-partisan Court Plan which was adopted by a majority of voters in 2008 sets up the Commission. The Thirty-first Circuit Judicial Commission is comprised of 5 members whom, when there is a vacancy, submit 3 judicial candidates to the Governor, who then appoints one of the candidates to fill the open position in the Thirty-first Circuit Court.
Andy is a Shareholder at CECB in the Litigation/Dispute Resolution and Transactional Practice groups and concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, banking, commercial transactions and insurance law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
