Attorney Clayton Campbell Joins Carnahan Evans

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Carnahan Evans PC is pleased to announce that Clayton D. Campbell has joined the firm as Of Counsel. He focuses his practice on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, trust and estate administration, and related business matters.
Clayton advises individuals, families, and business owners on a wide range of planning needs, including wills, powers of attorney, simple and complex trusts, business transactions, real estate matters, and tax-exempt organization formation. His background also includes prior experience as a trust officer at a large regional bank.
In addition to his legal experience, Clayton has served in public service roles on the staff of a United States Senator from Missouri and later as Deputy State Treasurer for the State of Missouri, where he oversaw operations of the Treasurer’s Office.
Mr. Campbell earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, his B.A. from Evangel University, and his M.A. from Duke University Divinity School. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and is active in professional organizations, including the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Heart of America Fellows Institute, and the Greene County Estate Planning Council Board of Directors.
