Springfield, Mo. — Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. (CECB) is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been named, by Missouri-Kansas Super Lawyers magazine, as among the top attorneys in Missouri for 2020. John M. Carnahan, III, Thomas D. Peebles, Jr. and John E. Price were included on this year’s Missouri-Kansas Super Lawyers list. Mr. Carnahan focuses his practice in the areas of tax and estate planning, corporate, real estate, financial institutions, and business succession planning. Mr. Peebles practices in the areas of estate planning, wealth transfer and trust administration. Mr. Price focuses his practice in Environmental Law, Corporate Law, Civil and Business Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Appellate Practice.
The selections for the Super Lawyers list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters Legal division. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
